Welcome to the ALLURE website (hereinafter: “the Website”, “the Company”, “we”).
The Website serves as an online store for selling fashion items, clothing, and accessories within collections, Drops, and Limited Editions.
Use of the Website, including browsing, placing an order, and/or making a purchase, constitutes full, binding, and irrevocable agreement to these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please refrain from using the Website.
The masculine form used in these terms and conditions is for convenience only and refers to all genders equally.
The user declares that they are competent to perform binding legal actions. If the user is a minor (under the age of 18), use of the Website is conditioned on parental or guardian approval.
The Company reserves the right to update, change, or delete parts of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
The Website management may discontinue the Website's activity, wholly or partly, at any time and without prior notice.

Product inventory is limited, and there is no guarantee of restocking specific items.
It is possible that a product will be displayed on the Website but not actually available in stock. In such a case, the Company shall be entitled to cancel the transaction and refund the customer only the amount paid.
The Company does not guarantee to hold inventory of all models and/or items displayed on the Website.

The Company makes efforts to display the products as accurately as possible, but there may be differences between the actual product and the images displayed on the Website, including:

5. Prices, Promotions, and Coupons
All prices on the Website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT as required by law, unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include shipping fees.
The Company may update prices, promotions, benefits, discounts, and coupons at any time and without prior notice.
In case of an error in a product price, product description, promotion, or other data — the Company shall be entitled to cancel the transaction even after it has been executed.
Refunds will be provided only based on the actual amount paid.

6. Placing Orders
Purchasing products on the Website is done by filling out the order details and completing the payment process.
The user must enter accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Providing incorrect or partial information may cause delay, delivery failure, or order cancellation.
In case of a returned shipment due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be charged an additional shipping cost.
The Company may refuse to approve an order or cancel an order at its sole discretion, including in cases of:
* Suspected fraud
* Illegal use
* Technical malfunction
* Price error
* Lack of inventory
* Violation of the terms and conditions

7. Payment and Transaction Approval
Payment on the Website is made by credit cards only, through a secure clearing system.
The transaction will be approved only after receiving confirmation from the credit card company.
In case of transaction refusal by the credit card company, the order will be canceled.
The Company does not store customer credit card details.

8. Shipping and Self-Collection
Shipments are made in Israel only.
Estimated delivery time:
3–7 business days.
For remote settlements, including Eilat, Arava settlements, Golan Heights, settlements beyond the Green Line, and other remote areas — longer delivery times may apply.
Business days:
Sunday–Thursday only, excluding Friday, Saturday, holiday eves, and holidays.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or as a result of events beyond its control, including:
* Force majeure
* War
* Strikes
* Extreme weather
* Computer malfunctions
* Unusual congestion
Shipping fees are non-refundable in any case.
The customer is obligated to be available to receive the shipment. In case of unavailability or incorrect information provided, an additional charge for re-shipping may apply.
Self-collection is available from Rishon LeZion, by prior arrangement only.

9. Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Exchanges can be made within 5 days from the date of product receipt.
Returns for a refund can be made within 48 hours only from the date of product receipt.
The return/exchange will be possible provided that the product is:
* New
* Unused
* Unwashed
* Odorless
* Undamaged
* With original tags
* In its original packaging
* With order number attached
The Company has the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product.
Cost of exchange/return shipping by courier:
₪40.
The original shipping cost is not refunded.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and after deducting cancellation fees of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 — whichever is lower.
The customer may choose store credit for purchase on the Website instead of a refund. In this case, no cancellation fees will be charged.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only, after receipt and inspection of the product.
Refund processing time:
Up to 14 business days from the date of refund approval.
No refunds will be given for:
* Used products
* Products without tags
* Products damaged due to use
* Gifts
* Products for which no monetary consideration was paid
Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

10. Company Liability
The Company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage arising from the use of the Website or the products.
The Company's liability is limited to the purchase amount only.
The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from:

* Natural wear and tear
* Use not in accordance with manufacturer's instructions
