Exchanges

Product exchanges are permitted up to 5 days from the date of product receipt, provided the product is returned undamaged, in its original packaging, with the original tag, and unused.

Cost of exchange via courier: 35 ILS.

You can contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange an exchange and collection via courier.

Returns

Refunds for products are permitted up to 48 hours from the date of product receipt, provided the product is returned undamaged, in its original packaging, with the original tag, and unused.

Refunds will be issued with a deduction of 5% for credit card processing fees.

Cost of return via courier: 35 ILS.

The original shipping cost is not refundable.

Products can be returned free of charge by self-delivery to Rishon Lezion, by prior arrangement only.
